“I’m afraid we won’t be able to let anyone in until after she’s moved to recovery. We don’t want to risk anything possibly upsetting her brain any worse than how it already is. We need her to remain as calm as possible, especially after a tragic incident of this nature. But not to worry, we have nurses that will monitor her around the clock. They will keep you updated with the treatment she receives as well as her condition. Feel free to ask them any questions you may have.” He half-smiled, if only to try and ease an uneasable pain.
